Wunderlist is a super powerful to-do list that I can’t live without. It integrates and syncs seamlessly between all my devices. It’s got a sleek, beautifully simple design and is easy to learn and use.
One of my favorite features of Wunderlist is being able to set due dates on different to-do items, and also setting recurring tasks so they show up every day or every week depending on what it is. It also allows you to set reminders that will either push to your devices creating a small popup message, or you can set it to send you an email if that works better for you.
Some other great features…you can forward emails to your account which automatically creates a task. Task lists can easily be printed with just a click. And you can share your lists with anyone quickly and easily.
If you want to bump it up a notch, you can also upgrade to Pro or Business which allows you to use Wunderlist in a team environment. Attach files, assign tasks, have documented conversations right there in the app.
